Hi, My name is Eve. I joined Matrix models & they never got me work in 4 mos. after signing with them. I know the law & if an agency doesn't get you work in 3 mos. the contract is null & void. Fact! John Stevens the owner has threatened to sue me for thousand of dollars. Even after I paid him $400 which he was Not entitled to. Just wanted to pay something & be able to continue on with my new agency. He tried to report me the labor board in California. He will not have a case, but this is stress & drama that I don't need. Especially when they never got me work. John did try to book me after 4 mos. I guess to try and lock me into the contract. He was counting on me not knowing the law because I was brand new. Thank God I looked into the law. Again, my contract was null & void at 3 mos. I just want warn any new models that are thinking of Matrix Models. Don't sign with them. Everything in the other review here are 100% true as well. He is a nasty man & should never be allowed to work with adult models. He won't get you any work & then he will try and charge you when he sees he is going to loose you. Stay Away!!!!!
